Greetings! As the new Regional Director of San Diego I am excited to introduce you to Halstrom High School. Maybe you visited us today because you see the concept of a highly individualized, private school experience as both exciting and relatively new. Well, here at Halstrom we are excited about our program, but it is hardly new.
Our school has been around for over 25 years, welcoming students with myriad reasons for seeking a self-paced schooling environment. Some students are attracted to the idea that they receive much more attention from their teachers, which is the very nature of one-to-one instruction. Others are drawn to the high degree of flexibility in scheduling and coursework. Halstrom offers both part- and full-time programs, as well as an online program, to meet the needs of students who would benefit from a less conventional schooling regimen.
All of our students appreciate that Halstrom was designed intentionally to help them succeed academically; that our teachers care and are committed to helping students achieve mastery in all academic areas.
